Cascade Capital Services is a California licensed real estate broker matching private real estate Lenders with Borrowers and Properties that do not fit the typical parameters of institutional lenders. We arrange California business purpose real estate loans for commercial and investment properties, e.g., commercial, industrial, land, multi-family, etc., for qualified borrowers needing to purchase or refinance. If you are the owner of a seller-held real estate Note and Deed of Trust or Mortgage, we also specialize in offering custom sales options for all or part of that Note for Cash. Our objective is to offer a fair price in a timely fashion with the least amount of hassle for you.
