Who Are We?

Cascade Capital Services, a division of Gallery Real Estate, Inc., a California Corporation and licensed Real Estate Broker in Santa Barbara, CA since 1973, is a licensed mortgage broker in the state of California (BRE License No. 00461906).We specialize in brokering the sale of seller financed real estate notes and making commercial real estate loans using private investor funds in California. We appraise real estate notes and also broker the sale of seller carry-back notes from the sale of a business.

What Else Should You Know?

Neil Steadman, a graduate of Westmont College and former junior high school teacher, has been in the real estate business since 1965. Mr. Steadman has been an investor and syndicator of commercial and multi-family real estate investments as well. His past and present philosophy is to recommend to customers and clients only those transactions that are a “win-win” for all parties. In addition to having served on numerous for-profit and not-for-profit boards of directors, Neil Steadman is a Past President, Realtor of the Year, and Honorary Member for Life of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors; Honorary Member for Life of the California Association of Realtors; and Realtor Emeritus of the National Association of Realtors. He is a former Community College Instructor and holds the professional real estate designations of GRI, CRS and CRB. Mr. Steadman is Past President of the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara and Past Assistant District Governor. He is active in his church, the Santa Ynez Valley Community Prayer Breakfast, the Christian Business Men’s Connection, Board Member of Tri-Counties Better Business Bureau, and a volunteer budget counselor for Crown Financial Ministries.
