Why Us?

We have buyers for notes in all 50 states. We examine and research each one on its own merits in order to determine its highest Present Cash Value. Most notes are purchased at a discount. There is no “standard” discount because each note, property and payor is different. Whenever possible, our written offer will contain multiple options for you, the note seller, to consider. For us to provide you with the highest price in the shortest amount of time, we need copies of several items from you. Those items are faxed or emailed copies of your signed promissory note, recorded trust deed or mortgage, and closing statement from the property sale. Please call us today if you have questions.
